Belonging to Andy Powell of Wishbone Ash this beautiful acoustic guitar
has a flamed walnut body, cedar top and MOP Celtic inlay. A loud vibrant
guitar with excellent string separation, a real favourite with Andy. |
 |
This big bodied 12-string, built for John Pearson, features an Abalone
bound body and soundhole, gold hardware, a Bartolini magnetic pick-up
and an EMG piezo pick-up. Big on looks and big on sound. |
 |
This guitar is made with a Bird’s-eye maple neck, ebony fretboard and
a bird’s-eye maple capped solid maple body. It’s slightly thinner
than normal to keep the weight down and EMG pick ups along with a vintage
bridge help give that truly classic tone without the hum. |
 |
Solid rosewood back and sides coupled with a Swiss spruce top and ebony
fretboard make this cutaway a first choice for finger pickers. |
 |
"Solid maple thru-neck and a maple body with a thick bird’s-eye facing
front and back give this bass plenty of punch and a massive sustain. oozes
quality from every grain and winding." Roger Newell, Guitarist magazine. |
 |
Another variation on the headless design, this neat and compact bass
features Bartolini pick-ups with a low C-string that really sings. The
headless design holds superb tune and really helps the sustain. Great
for jazz rockers and at a great price. |
 |
This excellent 6-string headless guitar features a heavily carved, quilted
maple top, Steinberger tremelo system and EMG pick-ups. Its massive sustain,
super low action and small dimensions make it a real fast guitar. |
 |
This simple but striking scratchplate inlay helped to really personalise
this well-loved Martin acoustic. |
 |
This exquisite guitar is made with flamed walnut front, back and sides
and has a bound ebony fretboard with exotic wood inlays. Based on original
measurements from an early 1900s Kona, it has a surprisingly big sound
for its size, with a smoothed-out neck joint that makes it eminently playable. |
 |
A Gibson-style body married to a Martin-scale neck gives the best of
both worlds with this great looking guitar. A Sitka spruce top and scalloped
bracing help bring out its deep sonorous tone. The seahorse abalone inlays
in the headstock were just what this customer ordered. |
 |
Another custom guitar for a client who knew exactly what he wanted a
Jackson-style body with modified Ibanez-feel neck and DiMarzio pick-ups.
This rock musician's ideal guitar. |
 |
This special, one-off guitar, made for slide, features a solid nickel-silver
body made by Alan Timmins of FI Resophonic Instruments. It has a maple
neck with a solid, engraved, sterling silver headstock overlay. The exquisite
engraving and inlay work was all carried out in-house at KGB to the customer’s
design. |

One of our more unusual commissions. |
 |
Made for Dean Gibney of Twin Method, we didn't manage to get any
decent photographs of this guitar before it was whisked away to be used
during their Family Values Tour of the USA.
Unfortunately, despite many assurances, both Dean, and Shawn Barusch
of Hollowpoint Management, have renaged on payment for this guitar.
So if you are planning any business dealings with them I would most
certainly
think twice.
